  • The world famous Athirapilly ( known as Niagra of India) and Vazhachal Falls are not far from this location
  • If you like long jungle trip, there is a forest route to Malakkappara from Vazhachal water falls
The railway station nearest to the attraction is Chalakkudy Railway Station, (23 kilometres far)  and the nearest airport is Cochin International Airport ( 47kilometres ). Athirappilly is easily reachable from Chalakkudy by taxi or by bus from the Chalakkudy bus terminal.  There is another route from Angamaly, the route is through an Oil Palm Reserve at Ezhattumugham tourism village. It is the easiest route if you come from Kochi.
